Frequently asked questions
- The app is empty after installing. Where are the channels?
- Lumenio TV ships with no channels. Tap Add playlist and enter your own M3U URL, Xtream Codes login, or pick an .m3u file. You can also tap Try the demo playlist to explore the app with sample streams.
- My playlist URL does not load.
- Check that the link opens in a browser and starts with
#EXTM3U. Some servers require a specific User-Agent or Referer: open Advanced headers on the Add playlist screen. - A channel shows "Playback error".
- The stream is offline or in a format iOS cannot decode. Try Retry, or Open in external player if you have VLC or Infuse installed. The app never re-hosts or converts streams.
- How do I lock adult categories?
- Settings → Parental control → Set PIN. Categories whose name contains adult keywords are hidden until the PIN is entered.
- Is my data uploaded anywhere?
- No. Playlists, favorites and resume positions stay on your device. There is no account. The free version shows ads, and our ad, analytics and crash-reporting partners may receive device identifiers as described in the privacy policy. Lumenio Premium removes ads.
- How do I delete everything?
- Settings → Clear cache removes all playlists, favorites and resume positions. Deleting the app removes all remaining data.
